Data Interpretation
Data interpretation in the indoor environment is difficult as low- level
VOCs can be present from a variety of sources. To assist environ
mental health and safety professionals in assessing chemical levels
in indoor air, ASTM has included in the E 2600 standard typical
background concentrations of select VOCs in residences. ASTM
has also included a web links to federal and state vapor intrusion
guidance documents. As of 2007, twenty-six states had published
some form of vapor intrusion guidance including screening and
action levels for various chemicals.

Fume Hood
The PURAIR 5 Ductless Fume Hood units
exceeds OSHA, ANSI and all relevant
international standards. The ductless

over a sink or benchtop apparatus.
There are three models available with a
choice of 24”, 36” or 48’ widths. A face velocity of 100 fpm
